1.     Instructions for Research Papers

Shodh Shikhar 2025, A National Conference on Research, Innovation & Science Communication offers a unique forum to all Students, Faculty Members, Researchers and Scientist to showcase their research and exchange ideas. We invite a full length research paper as per the format available in the Shodh Shikhar website.

  • To participate in the conference, you must be a Student, Research Scholar, Faculty Members or Scientist of any Government or Private University /College/ Research Institute or any Organization of India at the time of initial submission.
  • Students, Research ScholarFaculty Members or Scientists should have a valid affiliation from Private University /College/ Research Institute or any Organization of India at the time of initial submission.
  • If you are considering to submit your existing work to Shodh Shikhar, which has accepted or is currently under review in other venues or other conferences, we encourage you to add some novel parts other than the existing content to be considered in the Shodh Shikhar.

·        Authors are instructed to send their original work with a conclusive result. Only below 20% similarity index (By Plagiarism check) Manuscripts will be considered for review.

 

How to Submit a Research Paper

·       To submit papers, authors should submit a full length research paper related to the themes of Shodh Shikhar. All full length research papers should be submitted through https://www.shodhshikhar-agu.aisect.org only.

·       Not any other means of Paper Submission will be entertained.

·       All submissions must be in word format and confirm, at the time of submission, to the formats available in the Shodh Shikhar website. 

·       You must submit your research paper electronically after the registration. The review process is single-blind, i.e., the author names are visible to the reviewers.

·       The reviewed and approved research papers will be allowed for presentation in the conference.

·       Research Paper should have unpublished work of new findings supported by facts and figures.

 

 

2.     Instructions for Research Projects

The research project should consist of an abstract/ brief details of 500 words giving the description of the project and demonstration of their innovative working model in the conference.

·      To participate in the conference, you must be a student of Diploma, UG or PG level of any Private University /College/ Research Institute of India at the time of initial submission.

·      Maximum 5 research projects are permitted per University/Institute.

·      In one project, maximum 5 Students and one teacher may form a team.

·     If you are considering for submitting your existing work to Shodh Shikhar which has accepted or is currently under review in other venues or other tracks, we encourage you to add some novel parts other than the existing content to be considered in the Shodh Shikhar.

How to Submit a Research Project

·       To submit projects, authors should submit an abstract/ brief details of 500 words describing the novelty of the research related to  tracks of Shodh Shikhar. All detailed research projects should be submitted through https://www.shodhshikhar-agu.aisect.org only.

·       Not any other means of Project Submission will be entertained.

·       All submissions must be in word format and confirm, at the time of submission, to the formats available in the Shodh Shikhar website. 

·       You must submit the abstract of your research project electronically after the registration. The review process is single-blind, i.e., the author names are visible to the reviewers.

·       The reviewed and approved research projects will be allowed to demonstrate the model in the conference.

·       Preference will be given to the working models.
