Instructions for Registration Process

1.    Type the address of the website https://www.shodhshikhar-agu.aisect.org in address bar. 

2.    Click on the “Registration” button at the top right corner of the website.

3.    Select any one “Categories of the Conference”.

4.    Give details of First author/ Head of the team to give presentation”.

5.    Give details in the section “Name and Mobile numbers of other Authors/ Team members”

6.    Select any one “Theme of the Paper Presentation/ Project ”.

7.    Give “Details of the University/Institute”

8.    After reading instructions regarding Shodh Shikhar 2025, check the box “I have Read All Instructions of Shodh Shikar-2025 Conference.”.

9.    Click on “Save & Next”.

10. Main Author will receive a Login ID & Pass word to login Author portal.

11. Here, author can submit Research Paper/Project, Download and Upload Self attested Undertaking Form.

12. After approval of Research Paper/Project, author will receive a confirmation mail. Thereafter, author can pay registration fee.

13. After fee payment confirmation, author will receive a confirmation mail and Registration process will get completed.

14. It is requested to kindly fill all details carefully and clearly. The same details will be published in proceedings and certificates.

Ø Important Dates –

ü Note: Notification of acceptance or rejection for the submitted full length paper /projects will be notified to you within 10 working days of submission.

ü To avail Early Bird Discount, participants can Register themselves and submit the paper later before the deadline date.

ü It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and included in the presentation. If an author has got more than one accepted paper, there will be a discount of 50% on additional paper registration.

ü The Co-authors can get registered on a discounted fees of 50% to avail the certificate and proceedings.

Ø Registration fees for Research Papers

ü Registration Fees is not refundable. 

Ø Registration fees for Research Projects

Projects: Applicable only for Diploma / UG and PG students - Registration fees per Project per Team: Rs. 2500/-. (One Team can consist of maximum 5 students & One Teacher)

Ø Registration: One Registration fees include

·           Welcome Reception

·           Conference Kit

·           Participation /Presentation Certificate

·           Proceedings with ISBN and DOI Number

·           Coffee break & Lunch
